Gift wrapping idea of the week: How to wrap a present using plants and flowers

Nature is an awesome source of inspiration, especially when it comes to wrapping gifts!
Here are three great ideas that we've found that use an effective combination of leaves, berries and flowers...

Why we love it:
  • The berries add rich, vibrant colour to a simple newspaper wrapping paper.
  • The natural coloured tape adds to the organic feel of this wrapping style.
  • The choice of a simple twine (instead of an elaborate ribbon) makes the berries stand out more.

Why we love it:
  • Choosing a large sprig of leaves (larger than the size of the gift) ensures this element makes a strong statement.
  • All of the other wrapping elements (paper and twine) have been kept plain and simple so that the leaves are the hero.

Why we love it:
  • It's amazing how different you can make six gifts all wrapped in newspaper look, based on the accessories you choose.
  • For a more masculine look, opt for the natural twine and kraft card, or black and white twine. Add a touch of femininity with a satin ribbon, a doily, crochet lace and flowers.
Which look do you like best?
